Application for Deed by Riparian Owner

Act 203 of 1945 and Act 126 of 1953, as amended and codified at Ark. Code Ann. §22-5-404 and §22-5-405, allow for riparian landowners to apply for deeds to adjacent lands that have emerged or may emerge to the ordinary high-water line of such navigable state waterways as described in §22-5-404. The Commissioner of State Lands may execute such deeds to riparian landowners upon submittal and approval of an Application for Deed by Riparian Owner packet. Applicant packets will be reviewed and applicants will be contacted by the office of Commissioner of State Lands.
