THESE RESTRICTIONS MAY BE AMENDED WITH ADDITIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL WORK IN COORDINATION WITH ADEQ.
DUE TO EXCEEDENCES OF USEPA MAXIMUM CONTAMINANT LEVELS IN GROUNDWATER AT THE SITE, LAND USERS ARE ADVISED AGAINST CONSUMPTION OF GROUNDWATER IN THE CONTAMINATED AREA. IF THE SITE WILL BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN INDUCTRIAL OR COMMERCIAL USE (INCLUDING DAYCARE, ELDERCARE, OR ANY OTHER SEMI-RESIDENTIAL USE), IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT A HUMAN HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT BE CONDUCTED DURING THE PLANNING STAGES OF THE PROJECT.
